THE CORE
The paintball stayed.
Everything else is new.
70,649 square feet of soccer, pickleball, axe throwing, music and food, wrapped around the arena that was already here.
THE STORY
We didn't tear it down.
We let the town move in.
For years, this building was Stingers, a paintball facility rattling around inside a retail box built for another era.. We kept Stingers, broke the oversized bays into smaller rooms, and invited the kinds of tenants a big-box floor plan never had space for.
The Core is the rest of the village, in miniature: keep what works, add what's missing, open the doors.
FOUR WAYS IN
Active. Well. Create. Gather.
Indoor soccer on turf, pickleball courts, a running track, axe throwing, paintball and laser tag, sim golf.
Fitness and movement studios, from pole and aerials to training space, beside community health services.
Arts and creative studios. An instrument lending library, too.
Food and drink, event and multipurpose space, and a lobby built to hold a crowd.
INSIDE
One roof, a dozen afternoons.
