What this site collects

Only what you type into a form: your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about what you're looking for. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies on this site.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent by this website's own server, by email, to Transit Capital Corporation, the developer of Stewart Village. Along with what you typed, that email records the time of your message and the IP address it came from, which we keep only as a defence against automated spam. Nothing is stored in a database, and the site keeps no copy. If the server cannot send for any reason, your own email app opens with the message pre-filled instead, in which case nothing is sent until you press send yourself.

What we do with it

We use your details to answer you, and, if you joined the residents list, to tell you when homes at Stewart Village open for leasing. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the project team. If you want your details removed, one email to the address above does it.

Video embeds

The press video on The Plan page is hosted by YouTube and loads only after you press play. Until you do, nothing is requested from YouTube. When you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to what it loads.

Renderings and plans

Images labelled as artist's concepts are just that: concepts. Tenant names shown inside renderings are illustrative placeholders unless they also appear in our written tenant lists. Dates are construction targets and can move. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease or sell, and details may change as the village is built.
