QUESTIONS BROKERS ASK

The short answers.

What unit sizes are available?

Flexible units from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet across 129,371 square feet of leasable area, plus smaller bays inside The Core. Units can be combined or demised to suit.

Is drive-through space available?

Yes. Dairy Queen operates one today and Taco Bell's is under construction for 2026. Ask about the remaining drive-through capable pads.

What are the real traffic numbers?

Corridor volumes including the 401 interchange run 65,000 to 75,000 vehicles a day. The Stewart and Central intersection itself carries about 49,000, based on counts grown from the December 2024 EXP traffic impact study. Both numbers are yours to verify.

What's the co-tenancy story?

Daily-needs anchors trading now, a 70,649 square foot recreation hub drawing leagues, events and carnivals year-round, 650 to 700 hotel rooms within 1.5 kilometres, and 320 homes arriving on site through 2029.
