Targets are construction starts, not move-in dates, and they can move. When Phase 1 leasing opens, the residents list hears before anyone else.

The Core is across the lot, with soccer, pickleball and axe throwing under one roof. Westminster Public School is across the road, St. Mary is up the street, and the 401 is 400 metres from your parking spot. The park arrives at the centre of it all in 2028.
