The building the town
already uses.

It started as a paintball arena. Today, 70,649 square feet hold soccer, pickleball, axe throwing, music and food — and the paintball is still here. The Chamber of Commerce meets here. Carnivals take over the lot.

320 homes, delivered in four phases through 2029. Each phase will combine market-rent homes with two below-market tiers, offered at 20% and 40% below market through a partnership with the county. The first 54 homes are approved.
